Return Policy: The Path of Integrity

1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized Pieces: Items with custom engravings (e.g., personalized "Amor Fati" cuffs) are final sale.
• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

3. Our Quality Guarantee Every piece of S925 sterling silver is inspected for excellence. We offer a 6-month craftsmanship warranty. If your piece shows a defect in material or workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
